- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) is providing information to update only Small Businesses in Industry on the latest DON EPS objectives and to equally seek updated feedback, in order to ensure accurate and reliable commercially available information is being provided to the applicable stakeholders for program planning. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to IO Centric Solutions for the requirements listed below under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements This notice is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of SPAWAR market research. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. The government will not pay for information received in response to this notice. IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS REQUIREMENT, YOU MUST SUBMIT A RESPONSE AND VERIFY YOUR COMPANY IS A SMALL BUSINESS.
