- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for an Internet-Based Contractor-Operated Parts Store (ICOPARS). Please see the attachments for details concerning the requirement and evaluation methodology. Please submit any and all questions no later than 4:00PM ET on 10 Aug 16 to guarantee a Government response. Live presentations, in accordance with the addendum to 52.212-1, Technical Subfactor A, Aspect 1, will be scheduled for 30 Aug - 2 Sep 16. There will be two available sessions per day (3.5 hour blocks beginning at 8:30AM and 1:30PM). Please indicate your availability and any preferred time period with your proposal. You may request a time slot prior to submission of your prosposal (via e-mail to phillip.choy@us.af.mil and kyle.lancour@us.af.mil ) and preference will be given to those with earlier requests.
