- DLA Troop Support intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) f or a firm fixed price, one-time procurement for the acquisition of Core Material, Cellular; National Stock Number ( NSN) 5680-01-388-9042. The RFQ is for a single award. The RFQ will be i ssu e d a s an unrestricted acquisition. Delivery will be F O B ORIGIN. The Government required delivery schedule is 60 D a y s. FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items will be utilized. This is a commercial item. The approved sources of supply is HEXCEL CORPORATION (30137). This is NOT a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, or Invitation for Bid. The Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material as a result of this notice. The e stim a t e d re l ea se d a te of the soli c it a tion is August 15, 2016. The date is subject to change. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS), https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. All responsible sources will be able to submit a proposal which will be considered by DLA Troop Support.
