- RFQ The US Embassy Abu Dhabi would like to get competitive quotes for hotel facility for a workshop per the specifications given below. Schedule of supplies/services: Item # 1 Provide hotel venue for a workshop between the dates Nov 6 – 10, 2016 Including the following facilities: To accommodate 40 people with a daily rate agreement - including 3 coffee breaks and lunch- for the workshop. We will require room reservations as well according to the below: 10 rooms check in Nov 4 and check out Nov 11, 2016 (Instructors) 40 rooms check in Nov 5 and check out Nov 11, 2016 (Students) The hotel shall be having facilities of 5* or similar quality and shall be within the vicinity of Abu Dhabi. Net prices inclusive of service and any additional taxes shall be quoted. Quantity: 1 LS Quotes are due on August 28, 2016 by 2:00pm (local time). In order for a quotation to be considered you must complete and submit the following: 1. Duly filled Standard Form 1449 2. Details of hotel facility in Abu Dhabi 3. Details of menu included. The U.S. Government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible vendor submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price technically acceptable terms based on initial quotations without holding discussions. However, we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Quotation shall be submitted via e-mail at AbuDhabiContracts@state.gov by 2:00pm on August 28, 2016, marking “RFQ number” in the subject line of your email.
