- The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Pacific Northwest Aquatic Monitoring Partnership (PNAMP), Cook, WA intends to make a non-competitive award to Sitka Technology Group, Portland, OR in accordance with FAR 13.501 (a) to purchase services to design, develop and test software reliant upon principles of agile software development methods of tracking the information collected when monitoring aquatic resources and salmonid/steelhead populations. Sitka Technology Group has rights to the established source code and database in Sitka ¿s systems. This requirement is a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. This notice and any resulting solicitation or purchase order conforms to the requirements in place through FAC 2005-89, dated 14 Jul 2016.
