THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOITCE. This Source Sought Notice representing a market research survey is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). NO SOLICITATION DOUMENTS EXIST AT THIS TIME. This Notice is to assist the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) in determining sources available to meet a defined requirement. Small Businesses are encouraged to participate. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of potential qualified Small Business Sources; NAICS Code 532292 - Recreational Goods Rental. Response Due Date: Thursday August 4, 2016 @ 12:00 PM EST Interested Contractors should provide the following at a minimum: Company name and Contact Information Business Size and Classification(s) NAICS Code DUNS Number GSA Schedule (if applicable) Statement of Capability that demonstrates you company can provide the equipment and service This Sources Sought Market Survey is seeking to identify Contractors to provide necessary personnel, supplies, equipment, and anything otherwise necessary to setup, maintain and breakdown tents, shower stalls, portable toilets, hand cleaning stations, and the removal of all rental equipment for a three (3) day Stand Down Event to begin Friday, September 9, 2016 and commence Sunday, September 11, 2016. The delivery and setup of equipment is to begin Tuesday, September 6, 2016 and must be completed by 5:00 PM EST Thursday, September 8, 2016.
