- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W90ZUZ61730100ServerRackandWire and is being issued as a small business set aside request for quote. The Northern America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238210. Brand name and part numbers may be listed in this notice as examples only. Equivalent products will be considered. This requirement requires a short delivery turn-around to meet the needs of the requesting office. The target delivery date is within the first week of August. The Utah Army National Guard has a requirement for the following: 3 each, Server Racks, Great Lakes rack 30" x 42" x 84" with solid panels, part number GL840ES-3042; 1 spool of 20,000 feet Red CAT 6 Copper wire, Hitachi, Part Number 30154-8-RD3; 1 spool of 20,000 feet purple CAT 6 Copper wire, Part Number 30154-8-VI3; 1 spool of 20,000 feet Black CAT 6 Copper wire, Part Number 30154-8-BK3. Equivalent brand and model will be considered; therefore, when quoting other than the Great Lakes product you must include full specifications. The rack must be lockable and enclosed. Delivery time must also be included in your quote. Evaluations Factors: The contract type for this procurement will be a firm-fixed price and award shall be made on the basis of best value. A quote with represents best value is one that conforms to the Government's requirements in terms of delivery time, quality, specifications and features. Price will be the major evaluation factor; however, delivery is critical and the product must meet the specifications. Therefore, the Government reserves the right to award to other than lowest price. All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including being SAM registered, and be in good standing. Qualified firms or individuals must also the ability to submit invoices and receive payment electronically through Wide Area Work Flow. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. Quotes are due to the United States Property and Fiscal Office Purchasing and Contracting Division no later than 9am (Mountain Time) 01 Aug 2016. All submissions should be sent via email to: otha.b.henderson.mil@mail.mil. Facsimiles are not acceptable. Question regarding this requirement may also be directed to this email with sufficient time to do any research to answer question prior to the closing of this posting. Responses received after the stated deadline will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered.
