- RFQ The US Embassy Abu Dhabi would like to get competitive quotes for brand new pick-up truck with cargo box per the specifications given below. Vehicle shall be quoted for door delivery to American Embassy, Embassies District, Street No. 18, Airport Road, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Schedule of supplies/services: # Description Qty Unit 1 Pick-up Truck with Crew Cab Engine 6.0L, 6 speed automatic, Power door lock, Power windows, Air conditioning, Under bed rail, cargo box (size of long Box 2.6 M) Silverado 2500 HD Z71 ( size of long Box 2.6 M ) - or equal with similar specification. 1.00 each 2 Footsteps for both side of vehicle 1.00 each 3 Cover for the cargo box. 1.00 each Quotes are due on August 28, 2016 by 2:00pm (local time). In order for a quotation to be considered you must complete and submit the following: 1. Duly filled Standard Form 1449 2. Statement of delivery time. 3. Statement of warranty. 4. List of service stations within the vicinity of Abu Dhabi where warranty services shall be performed. 5. Vehicle data sheet /specifications. The U.S. Government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible vendor submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price technically acceptable terms based on initial quotations without holding discussions. However, we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Quotation shall be submitted via e-mail at AbuDhabiContracts@state.gov by 2:00pm on August 28, 2016, marking "RFQ number" in the subject line of your email.
