- This "Notice of Intent" is to inform Industry of the Government's intention to transition from Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance Contract (SETAC2010) to the use of General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS). The use of OASIS is anticipated rather than procuring a follow-on SETAC acquisition once the current SETAC2010 ordering period ends. The current SETAC2010 procures Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support for U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/U.S. Army Forces Strategic Command (USASMDC/ARSTRAT). This notice is for informational purposes only and is subject to the approval of DASA(P) for this strategy. This is a "Notice of Intent" only. It is not intended to be, and shall not constitute in any way, as a binding or legal agreement. Future information concerning this transition, will be posted via FEBBIZOPPS.
