- Terms and Conditions1 Wage Determination PWS - Geomech Modeling 1449 Cover Sheet See Attached Solicitation PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE: Solicitation No. R16PS01415: Geomechanical and Flow Modeling The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region has a requirement for a Geomechanical and Flow Modeling Services in and near the Paradox Valley Unit (PVU) area, Colorado. The principal components of the work include appraisal-level analysis of multiple potential disposal well sites, describing the evolution of various physical properties within the numerical models (such as pore pressure and stress) given an assumed injection history and initial stress state. The contractor's analysis shall analyze up to 5 potential new injection sites in the Paradox Valley area identified by Reclamation, as well as the existing PVU injection well. COMPETITION: Solicitation R16PS01415 is anticipated to be a total small business set-aside resulting in a firm fixed price purchase order. The requirement shall be procured in accordance with Subparts 12 and 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quote. The Government reserves the right to award with or without discussions. The complete specifications will be defined in the solicitation documents. NAICS AND SIZE STANDARD: The NAICS code for this procurement is 541360 with a small business size standard of $15 million. SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: The anticipated release date for Solicitation No. R16PS01415 is July 25, 2016 The anticipated Quote due date is August 10, 2016 at 12:00 hours local time (MDT). The solicitation documents for this procurement will be accessible from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website, www.fbo.gov and FedConnect, www.fedconnect.net. It is, and will continue to be, all potential offeror's responsibility to monitor the FBO and FedConnect websites for any amendments, updates, responses to questions and answers, etc. as the Government will not be providing any other methods of information dissemination.
