- This is a sole source contract in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1. The film production services are only available from one source for the reason stated below: The International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) and WebEdge have entered into an agreement in which the IACP has namedWebsEdge as the sole producer of IACPtv. The Office of Victim's Assistance (OVA) has been ask to feature a film at the upcoming October IACP conference in San Diego, California. Under the IACP agreement with WebsEdge, only WebsEdge has the exclusive right to produce and transmit the OVA video at this conference. The OVA FBI was invited to this conference to feature the benefits OVA can provide other law enforcement agencies The IACP annual meeting provides an ideal venue to spread awareness of OVA's programs and benefits to other law enforcement officials across the country The FBI will award will award a sole source contract to: Websedge 2 London Bridge London SE19RA UK DUNS number: 235211278 NAICS: 541840 Meia Representatives Contract Value: $29,500
