- Request for Quotation N00253-16-T-0418 - Brackets Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for fifteen (15) each Support Mount/Bracket in accordance with drawing 8290622 including one (1) Option Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) of fifteen (15) each. Drawings referenced in this solicitation are restricted by the Arms Export control Act and are ONLY available to vendors and/or contractors appointed data custodian that are registered with DLIS Defense Logistics Information Service Joint Certification Program (JCP). Vendors and/or Contractors that are not registered with DLIS JCP can obtain registration information at www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/. Restricted drawings and technical information will be available through FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) as an attachment to this solicitation. This requirement is being issued as combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. The solicitation issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N00253-16-T-0418 and is attached to this announcement. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 332510 and has a size standard of 750 employees. The Government prefers FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing as soon as practicable after receipt of solicitation. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments if applicable prior to the closing date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection.
