Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks to lease the following office space through the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP): State:NJ City:NEPTUNE Delineated Area: North: Route 33 between Route 34 and West Bangs Ave; West Bangs Ave between Route 33 and Green Grove Rd; Green Grove Rd between West Bangs Ave and Route 66; Route 66 between Green Grove Rd and Route 18. East: Route 18 between Belmar Blvd and Route 66 South: Belmar Blvd between Route 34 and Route 18 West: Route 34 between Route 33 and Belmar Blvd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):12,972 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):13,620 Space Type:Office Term:Up to 10 Years Parking: NA UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Space must be in a contiguous block of space. First floor, single floor, contiguous space is preferred. Space above ground level must be serviced by two at least two accessible elevators, one of which may be a freight elevator. Basement or below grade space in unacceptable. Space should allow for efficient layout and office workflow and support a secure interviewing configuration. Columns must have regular spacing of sufficient distance to support effective design. HOW TO OFFER: The Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP), located at https://aaap.gsa.gov, will enable interested parties to offer space for lease to the Federal Government in response to RLP 16-Reg2. In addition, the Government will use its AAAP to satisfy the above space requirement. Interested parties must go to the AAAP website, select the "Register to Offer Space" link and follow the instructions to register. Instructional guides are offered in the "HELP" tab on the AAAP website. Once registered, interested parties may enter offers during any "Open Period," which will typically be the 1st through 7th of each month, ending at 11:59 PM EST on the 7th of the month. Lease award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations, based upon the RLP requirements package found on the AAAP website. During the Open Period, offerors will be permitted to submit new offers or modify existing offers. Offerors can draft an offer at any time; however, you can only submit an offer during the Open Period. The offered space must comply with RLP 16-Reg2 and must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements, including requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy, and sustainability standards in accordance with the terms of the Lease.
