- Description
- The Social Security Administration (SSA) has a need to acquire contractor services to develop, control, and maintain a register of non-attorneys eligible to receive direct payments. It is SSA's intent to procure this requirement utilizing the procedures in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiations. The Northern American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611710. The size standard is $15.0M. SSA anticipates awarding one (1) firm fixed price contract for this effort. The period of performance shall be for one year, with four 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. It is anticipated that the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about August 1, 2016. The selection decision will be based on overall best value to the Government, price and non-price factors considered with a trade-off analysis if required. The RFQ will be issued under solicitation SSA-RFQ-16-1033. The solicitation and any related documents will be made available to interested parties through electronic media for downloading via the internet at FEDCONNECT. No hard copies of the solicitation will be available. Potential offerors shall be responsible for monitoring the internet site for release of the solicitation and any amendments.
