- Wage Determinations Statement of Work J&A Redacted This notice is being posted as an avenue to provide Request for Quotes, W912PM-16-T-0033. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202(a)(13), exceptions to publicizing contract actions, there will not be a pre-solicitation notice posted for this required action. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This will be a small business set-aside. The solicitation number is W912PM-16-T-0033, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The NAICS code is 336611 with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. Description of Requirement: The Wilmington District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requires a Contractor to provide all labor, materials, and services, to perform an Onsite Overhaul Service on the Dredge "Murden's" Starboard Generator Engine (CUMMINS QSM11). Service shall be performed by a CUMMINS Trained & Certified marine Power Technician and all parts shall be replace with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts to ensure proper fit and performance, and to reduce the chance of catastrophic failure of the engines, resulting in costly downtime. Proof of certification must be provided at time of quote. Please see Statement of Work (SOW) for complete details. Period of Performance: 22-26 August 2016; between the hours of 0600-1800.
