- SF18 Solicitation Information All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Maria Sproul at maria.sproul@navy.mil no later than 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time on 05 August 2016. Solicitation N00421-16-T-0466 is issued as a brand name procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a Brand Name basis for Infoblox Federal, Inc. for items listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Must be authorized distributor. Brand Name only will be accepted. Offeror's must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm. Please see attached RFQ. This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you provide. ***Basis for Award*** The Government intends to award this on a brand name basis. All interested parties MUST submit a brand name quote no later than 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time on 05 August 2016. Vendor must be authorized distributor. Only brand name responses will be considered. ***Instructions to Offerors*** Offers must complete the attached certification in Section K of this solicitation, 52.209-11, Representation by Corporation Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony conviction under any Federal Law. Please complete certification and provide with your offer.
