- Attached is the statement of work. U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a sole source contract to ForeFlight, LLC to provide worldwide flight planning, navigation, aviation weather and terminal charting that intergrates with portable ADS-B receivers. Worldwide coverage product must additionally provide enroute and terminal charts currently supported by Defense Logistics Agency Flight Information Publications (FLIP's) for inclusion on an Electronic Flight Bag. Foreflight, LLC is the only company that can provide both the Worldwide Military Electronic Charting and the Domestic Electronic Chartings for electronic flight bags. The anticipated contract period of performance will be from September 1, 2016 through August, 31 2017. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor an invitation for bids. There is no formal solicitation available for this requirement at this time.
