- This is the current SOW, it is subject to change. Please read all requirements before determining if your company is/is not capable. This is NOT a request for quote, the Government is researching potential future sources only. This sources sought announcement is published for market research purposes only. This market research will be used to help identify potential sources under NAICS code 811310. This should not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach or otherwise reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. The attached Statement of Work (SOW) is a draft for review. A new revised SOW may be issued with a solicitation at a later date. In accordance with FAR 15.201e, responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Only responders who meet the following criteria should respond to this sources sought notice: •1. Has an active CAGE Code with the Central Contractor Registration (SAM.gov) •2. Does not appear on the Excluded Parties List Responses should include the following information: •1. Responder's contact information including company name. P.O.C. name, telephone number, fax number, email address, street address, CAGE, and TIN •2. Responder's business size (small or large under NAICS 811310, size standard $7.5 million) •3. Statement of whether or not any exceptions will/would be taken to the SOW •4. Whether or not your company has, or has ever had, a DoD clearance •5. Whether or not a representative from your company could be in Kittery, ME within THREE HOURS if needed The information provided to the Contract Specialist may be used to determine acquisition strategy, making accuracy in responses extremely important. Please email your responses to Christina Allaire at christina.allaire@navy.mil no later than C.O.B. on Thursday, 4 August 2016. All responses shall be limited to 15 pages or less and pricing information should NOT be submitted at this time
