Description

This is the Historic Bldg Preservation Plan This is the SF30 for Amendment 2 This explains CAD standards required by the Public Buildings Service These are the second set of questions and answers This Amendment #2 adds the SF30 for Amendment 2, and "PBS_CAD_Standards" and Sherman Roof Historic Bldg Preservation Plan. Also attached is Second Set Questions and Answers. And, because the Government is still considering some HVAC issues - there will be a third amendment later - probably next week. Concerning the "Past Performance Questionnaire" - the bidder will fill out the top part of the first page and send to Clem Schram, at Clements.schram@gsa.gov. It is RECOMMENDED that the bidder also send a copy to the client that he is listing. Mr. Schram will call the client and ask questions based on that questionnaire. In all cases - proposers can send the technical proposal early, and send the price proposal by email attachment on the due date. CHANGE TO PROPOSAL DUE DATE: extended 14 days, from 3 August 2016 to 17 August 2016.
