- Attachment 1 - Pricing Sheet Solicitation The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials to perform the required services; which include all related services for preparation and movement or drayage of outbound (Schedule I), Inbound (Schedule II), Intra-city/Intra area (Schedule III), and Complete Pack-Out Services (Schedule IV) shipments of personal property for military members and civilian employees of Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, CA and Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, AZ. Area of performance includes the California counties of: San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange,and Imperial and the Arizona counties of: Yuma and La Paz. The applicable North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 484210 (Used Household and Office Goods Moving), Small Business Size Standard is: $27.5 million. This requirement is set aside for small business. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. RCO MCI West intends to award two(2) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Requirements contracts, one for those requirements at Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton and one for those requirements at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma.. Services shall be procured pursuant to the regulatory direction of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The expected awards will consist of one base period of performance with four (4) one-year options and one possible six(6) month extension. There is no guarantee that any option period of performance or extension will be exercised. The entire solicitation package will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Requests for copies of the solicitation package by any other means will not be honored. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring FedBizOpps website for the release of the solicitation package or subsequent solicitation amendments. Prospective contractors shall be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of contract. Contractors are encouraged to obtain further information on SAM registration at the following website: http://www.sam.gov/.
