- SF-1449 This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for the maintenance of 16 generators located throughout FLETC Glynco, Georgia, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation HSFLGL-16-Q-00380 is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811310 and small business size standard of $7.5 million. This requirement is being issued as a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. Only quotes submitted by small business concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business concern will not be considered for award. The Government will award a single firm-fixed price Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation. The DHS Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) has a requirement for the yearly maintenance of 16 generators located throughout FLETC Glynco, Georgia. See attachment Standard Form 1449 (SF1449) for full details and requirements with all applicable provisions and clauses. Also note Statement of Work providing detailed information is in the Statement of Work section of the SF1449. Questions will be accepted via email only no later than 4 pm August 3, 2016. A site visit can be arranged for potential offerors by contacting the Contracting Officer via email. Quotes shall be submitted in electronic format via email to roger.charnock@fletc.dhs.gov. All quotes are DUE by August 5, 2016: 4:00 PM (EST). NOTE: To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, offerors MUST be registered in the SAM.gov database.
