Delineated area ' GSA Public Buildings Service Expressions of Interest Sought General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Colorado City: Denver Delineated Area: Bounded to the North by Lawrence Street To the West by Speer Street To the South by Colfax Avenue And to the East by Lincoln street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 26,752 ABOA General Office Space Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 29,724 ABOA General Office Space Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 60 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 60 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Additional Requirements: - Sites located near daycare facilities or schools will not be considered. -Site shall not be located near any "hazardous materials transportation or storage facilities" as defined by ISC. -Required space will consist of Class A office space. -All security standards must meet ISC and Publication 64 standards. -Agency must have roof access. Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Action : for fbo postings, insert the following language only for potential sole source succeeding lease actions.
