- Presolicitation Notice The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 intends to release a commercial solicitation for a murphy bed for the Kansas City VA Medical Center. This acquisition shall be set aside for small businesses under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 337212. The size standard is 500 employees. All other details will be included in the Request for Quotes (RFQ), which will be released on or around July 28 2016 with a deadline of August 5, 2016. Questions and quotes shall be submitted via email referencing the solicitation number VA255-16-Q-0734 in the subject line to yvonne.kittling@va.gov. All amendments, any other information pertaining to this solicitation, and answers to the submitted questions will be posted on the FedBizOpps website at www.fbo.gov. Only VA verified SDVOSB or VOSB in the VIP database (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/) at the time of contract award will be considered for award and non-VIP verified firms will be considered non-responsive and ineligible for award. Contractor shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award. Contractors may access SAM at https://www.sam.gov.
