- This is the request for information for landfill training. This is not a request for quote. This is not a Request for Proposal. This is a request for information (RFI) issued for planning purposes only. The purpose of this RFI is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified firms, Small Business or otherwise, whom are interested and capable of performing the work.
