- This is a Notice of Intent for award of a sole source purchase order for 2 Time Code Translator Laser Spares-1 pulse per second, 10MHz, and IRIG-B. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The 377/PZIB Kirtland AFB, NM intends to award a sole source contract to Microsemi Frequency and Time Corporation (Microsemi) for the purchase of 2 Time Code Translator Laser Spares, which are replacement TCT modules within an existing system.
