- The US Army Corps of Engineers - Portland District will solicit a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to install, maintain, and remove stair scaffolding at Navigation Lock No. 2, which is located at Bonneville Lock and Dam in Multnomah County, Oregon. Delivery on site shall be Monday, January 2, 2017. Disassembly shall take place by Wednesday, February 1, 2017. The solicitation is expected to be posted on 8 August 2016, and will likely close on 22 August 2016. Contract award is anticipated to be on 1 September 2016. Quoters must ensure registration in the System for Award Management database at https://www.sam.gov prior to any contract award.
