- updated Statement of Work. Front of shirt design - to be used as an example only. Back of shirt design - to be used as an example only. Please see updated design pictures - to be used as examples only and see updated statement of work. Please read modification in its entirety. The requirement is for full color printing on front and back of the t-shirts. There shall be different designs on the different colored t-shirts (i.e.: Navy blue shirts one type of design; green shirts a different design and black shirts with an alternate design). There should be a total of three (3) designs. The designs shall be coordinated with the blood bank representatives after final award of contract.
