- Solicitation for NSN: 1680-01-619-2446/ 0061661724, Bar, Guide, Aircraft, AMI Industries, (CAGE 31218), Part # SK2000-75-5. The only approved sources for this item is AMI Industries. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) package. The solicitation issue date will be August 12, 2016 with a close date of September 11, 2016 for a quantity of 109 each. This solicitation will be solicited as an unrestricted acquisition and result in a firm fixed-price contract without options. The required delivery schedule is 244 days ARO, FOB origin, inspection/ acceptance origin. PPIRS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Configuration control applies. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. A copy of this solicitation will only be available to requesters by contacting the buyer directly. The solicitation issue date is on or around August 12, 2016 and the anticipated closing date is on or around September 11, 2016.
