- Description
- The requirement is for customized health insurance service to the employees and their families of the U.S. Embassy and its Consulate General in Indonesia. The anticipated performance is for one base period of twelve months and four one-year option periods, at the option of the Government. Prospective offerors must be able to comply with all legal and regulatory requirements for operating in Indonesia. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on FedBizOpps during the month of August 2016. Electronic proposal submission will be accepted. The email address for the proposal is USEmbJak_Insurance@state.gov. Please see the RFP for the submission details and actual response date. As required by U.S. Government's Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Provision 52.204-7, SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (JULY 2013), which will be included in the solicitation, prospective offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to award of a contract. Prospective offerors are encouraged to complete the SAM registration process prior to the submittal of their proposals in response to the solicitation posted.
