- This solicitation M67400-16-T-0113, Kitchen Equipment is for a Mess Hall located at MCAS Iwakuni, Japan. This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis is as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-16-T-0113 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 25 Jul 2016. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60 and DPN 20120724. DPAS Rating is DO-S10.
