- This is the specifications for the TIGR 7U. Any or equal item must meet these specifications at a minimum. 0001 Tactical Integrated Gateway Radio (TIGR) 7U 1 ea P/N: 50780 or equal Please see attached document for specs 0002 TacNet tactical radio (TTR) 1 ea P/N: 50770 or equal 0003 SADL radio w/ ancillary equipment 1 ea P/N: 15009-1 or equal 0004 Laptop, JRE semi-rugged (w/ JRE client/server software license) 1 ea P/N: 50559 or equal 0005 PRC-117G radio assembly (PRC-117G radio, power supply, data cable) 1 ea P/N: 30835 or equal 0006 Help Desk, JRE, for one year (12 months) 1 ea P/N: 15206-16 or equal All Part numbers provided are from Federal Resources. To be determined Technically Acceptable, the proposed "or Equal" items must meet the specifications provided in the attachment and the description/specs of the part number from Federal Resources. All "or Equal" items must be accompanied with all required specifications for a technical review to be accomplished. An "or Equal" system must match the specifications of LOS and BLOS communications including Link 16 data and voice, VHF/UHF voice, ANW2C, SRW, SATCOM, IW, DAMA, and SADL/EPLRS. Additionally we require a DAGR GPS for ETR capability with SADL/EPLRS players. The processor must have at least an inteli5 processor and contain JRE server software. Power inputs will be 10-36 VDC and 90-240 VAC, 600W. Case must include an I/O panel to support all data and radio connections mentioned above. JRE server software may also be "or Equal' but specifications must meet the following: Provides multipoint interoperability, beyond line of sight (BLOS) TADIL-J connectivity between Link-16 networks and C2 nodes. Provides multiple TADIL-J message transport protocols adaptable to various communication media. These Protocols can be utilized by both legacy and developing systems. The system has to successfully demonstrate the ability to extend the range of Link-16 networks beyond the line of sight limitations of JTIDS/MIDS terminals, thus reducing the loading and dependency on airborne relays. The system also must have the ability to send Link-16 (J series) messages over non-JTIDS/MIDS media and bypass airborne relays. It must route the full TADIL-J message set - Rx, Tx, and fwd for J-to-J connectivity. The system's multimedia redundancy ensures that messages get where they need to using any of the system's multiple links. Powerful link filtering tools - provides J link filtering on both the transmit and receive sides. All J messages can be GPS time-tagged and position extrapolated. System must supports up to 8 simultaneous long haul links. System must be GUI based, require minimal operator training and have context sensitive, on-line documentation. We anticipate posting the solicitation on or around 15 Aug 2016.
