- DEPARTMENT OF THE AIR FORCE 36TH CONTRACTING SQUADRON (PACAF) ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, GUAM Date 29 July, 2016 MEMORANDUM FOR ALL INTERESTED PARTIES FROM: 36 CONS/LGCB Bldg 22026 Unit 14040 Andersen AFB, Yigo, GU 96929 NOTICE TO OFFERORS: FAR Part 52.232-18 Availibilty of Funds- Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. 2. F1C0RH6174A002 is hereby issued as a request for quotes. 3. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. This solicitation has been set aside for 100% Small Business under the 332420 NAICS Code, with a small business size standard of 1500 EMP. 4. The government request quotes for the following items; CLIN DESCRIPTION QUANTITY 0001 7' X 7' X 7' (2133mm x 2133mm x 2133mm) EOD limited arc magazine Part ID: 848484PM OR EQUAL 1 EA 0002 Anchor bracket with bolt Part ID: 6A OR EQUAL 4 EA 0003 Lightning protection kit (includes 2 NFPA ground kits) Part ID: 3 OR EQUAL 1 EA 0004 Termite Treatment Part ID: 103 OR EQUAL 294.00 SF 0005 PSX-700 Exterior Paint System consisting of Zinc Rich Epoxy Primer and PSX-700 High Performance Engineered Siloxane Top Coat Part ID: 218A OR EQUAL 323.00 SF 0006 Exterior Mounted ¼" steel enclosure welded to exterior of magazine. Includes 70 amp electrical panel, IDS Prep (conduit for door sensor installed through the wall), and Slim 18W LED exterior light enclosed in steel shroud, mounted next to door. NOTE: this option is for 7'x7'x7' EOD and CETASM magazines only. Part ID: 218A OR EQUAL 1 EA 5. The government requests that all items be delivered by 90 days after date of contract to 554 RHS/FTX, UNIT 14014, APO, AP 96543. If this delivery schedule cannot be met, the contractor must specify the proposed delivery schedule in the quote. 6. FAR 52.212-1 Instruction of Offerors -- Commercial applies to this acquisition. 7. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The evaluation factors are as follows; (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
