- JOFOC This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. The Embassy Beijing is planning to solicit a quotation and award a contract to Beijing KIWI Technology Co., Ltd for automatic transfer switch maintenance service. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The contractor shall perform preventative maintenance, inspections, testing and training; 24x7 on-site emergency service and technical advisory service; provide and replace comsumable parts. Normal working hours are 0800-1700 (Beijing Time), Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. Federal Holidays and Chinese official holidays. TYPE OF CONTRACT: The U.S. Government will award a Firm Fixed Price Type Contract. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The Government intends to award firm fixed price contract for one (1) base year and one (1) option year. Attached is a copy of Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition. If any company has disagreement with it, please email to GSO Officer by 1700, Aug. 10, 2016 (Beijing Time).
