- SYNOPSIS for: DELAVAN, INC. DBA TURBINE FUEL 71895 P/N 6045T92G04 GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY DBA GE 99207 P/N 6045T92G04 NSN: 2915-01-566-6710, SPRAYBAR, MAIN, AIRCRAFT TURBINE ENGINE. "Approved Source Item," DELAVAN, INC. DBA TURBINE FUEL 71895 P/N 6045T92G04 and GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY DBA GE 99207 P/N 6045T92G04. Origin Inspection required. FOB Origin. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Required delivery is 420 days. This NSN is not commercial. Solicitation will result in Firm Fixed Price Contract (FFP) for a quantity of 330 each. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is August 06, 2016. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
