- Draft Performance Work Statement Instructions This SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE and REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) is for market research and planning purposes only and shall not be considered to be an obligation by the Government to acquire any products or services. This notice is to determine the availability of potential small and large businesses entities. The Department is seeking vendors with the following capabilities: • Strong content knowledge and expertise in award program management; • Expertise in psychometrics; • Expertise in supporting high profile leaders and officials; • Expertise in travel management; • Expertise in customer service and provision of a Help Desk to provides customer support via phone and email, as well as by utilizing the administrative tools of online application software; • Expertise in rating award/scholarship applications using online application software.
