- DRAFT PWS This notice is to inform all interested and capable 8(a) vendors of the government's intent to release the official solicitation (W81K00-16-R-0025) for Optical Lab Services on or about 1 August 2016. The NAICS selected for this requirement is 339115 Ophthalmic Goods Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,000 Employees. This is an 8(a) set-aside. Only small business certified 8(a) vendors may submit and be considered for any resulting award. PWS details have been attached to this notice as a separate file. The anticipated POP is a base year followed by four one-year options beginning 1 October 2016 and ending 30 September 2021.
