- Under a 100% small business set-aside, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, 700 Robbins Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19111 intends to solicit for services on behalf of NAVSUP for the provision of recipe management services. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5. The award of a firm-fixed price contractual vehicle is anticipated. Release of the Request for Quotes [RFQ] will be via the internet. Interested parties may download the RFQ upon its issuance to the following website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. The closing date for receipt of quotes will be established in the RFQ. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring of the aforementioned website for postings of the solicitation and any amendments thereto. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. The applicable North American Industry Classification System [NAICS] code is 541618. The anticipated base year performance period for this procurement is 6 months from contract award. A Sources Sought Notice was issued in support of the proposed effort and after analysis of the results of the Sources Sought responses, the Navy intends to solicit as small business set-aside procurement. The small business office concurs with the set-aside determination. Additional information for this requirement will be listed in the solicitation upon its release, which is anticipated to be released no earlier than 27 July 2016. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award.
