Description

Navy Personnel Command (NPC), Millington, TN (PERS-54 and PERS-3) is requesting Adobe assistance with its 2003 and future 2012 operating environments. We are requesting an onsite technical architecture assessment as well as ad-hoc, on-demand knowledge transfer, implementation support and development guidance on our systems. Contractor will provide NPC with architectural and advisory services on Windows Server 2003 LiveCycle ES and Windows Server 2012 Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms. These services will include a Technical Architecture Assessment, as well as ad-hoc, on-demand knowledge transfer, Implementation support, and development guidance. The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia, intends to solicit on a sole source basis with Carahsoft Technology Corp. in Reston, VA to provide Adobe software technical assessment. The Navy intends to solicit for a Firm Fixed Price type order. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with Carahsoft Technology Corp. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541512. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 27 July 2016. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
