- Description
- Request For Proposal (RFP) W52P1J-16-R-0048 is for the procurement of the 7.62mm Bottlenose M82A1 Blank Cartridge (National Stock Number 1305-01-596-1319). This acquisition will be conducted on a full and open competitive basis. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. The RFP will have a base award and evaluated options as follows: Option Period One: Date of Award - 365 Days After Award (DAA) Option Period Two: 366 DAA - 730 DAA Option Period Three: 731 DAA - 1,095 DAA Option Period Four: 1,096 DAA - 1,460 DAA Option Period Five: 1,461 DAA - 1,825 DAA The estimated quantity for the base award 1,104,000 each. The Government may exercise option quantities up to an additional 8,896,000 cartridges. The Government will be using a best value approach to evaluate proposals.
