- The General Services Administration presently occupies 115,024 rentable square feet in Washington, DC under GSA Lease Number GS-11B-80588, which will expire August 11, 2017. The GSA intends to enter into a lease renewal for a period of one (1) years for 82,104 rentable square feet through August 11, 2018. The GSA has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease to allow enough time to determine the Agency's long term requirements and complete the competitive process for a long term solution.
