- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) number is title F5N3CR6189AW02 Cube Corners Office. This solicitation is being issued as 100% small business set aside under the North American Industrial Classification Standard code 337214 with less than 1000 employees. The 439th Airlift Wing requires a total of 22 Cube Corners separated into CLIN 1 a total of 4 cube corners, CLIN 2 a total of 7 Cube Corners and CLIN 3 a total of 11 Cube Corners. These desks must be Varidesk-Standing Desks Cube Corners 48TM or equal. Footprint is 33.5" X 48" and holds up to 35 lbs. Sits on top of an existing desk is dual monitor configured. These cube corner desks raise and lower to allow standing or sitting while working. Only like alternatives will be accepted and the dimensions must be as close to equal as possible. This may be a custom manufactured product. Please include your shipping charges in your quote on your company letterhead. Be sure to add how long you quote will be valid and the amount of time from contract award to delivery. Also any warranty information, your company CAGE code and DUNS nubmer. Thes items will be delivered to Westover ARB in Chicopee, Massachusetts. All quotes will be considered. Any resultant award will be made to the lowest priced offeror providing a technically acceptable offer as outlined in the solicitation. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price contract. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the site frequently for updates/amendments to any and all documents. The following Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and its supplements (DFARS and AFFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition; 52.204-7 SAM Registration, 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer, and 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests, 252-232-7006 WAWF payment instructions for wide area work flow. To receive an award of contract the offeror must be registered in the SAM database which can be accessed at the website www.sam.gov. Quotes shall be submitted and received no later than 11:00 AM (EST) on August 15, 2016, by E-mail to kimberly.mcgee.2@us.af.mil.
