- Sources Sought Notice. Performance Work Statement This is a Sources Sought announcement only and is not a solicitation for proposals. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of potential qualified small business firms. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice will be used by the Government in making appropriate acquisition decisions. DCMA HQ Procurement Center intends to procure online diversity and inclusion (D&I) resources and implementation and consulting services to support the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Office of Diversity and Inclusion to meet its goal of advancing cultural awareness through experience and interaction, raising awareness of DCMA's diversity and inclusion initiatives, and providing D&I training across the DCMA enterprise. The Government anticipates the award of a Single Firm Fixed Price contract. Please see the attached Sources Sought notice and Performance Work Statement for additional information. Please have your responses submitted to Kenneth Johnson at Kenneth.p.johnson@dcma.mil by August 10, 2016 at 2:00pm EST. All questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2016 at 10:00am EST.
