- 1. Estimated issue date: 15 July 2016; Estimated closing/response date: 15 August 2016. **These dates are subject to change. Solicitation number: FA8118-16-R-0080. 3. Remanufacture. F-16 Air Heat Exchange. 4. AMC: R1/C. 5. Item: F-16 Air heat Exchange. 6. NSN and P/N: NSN: 16600105805847 P/N: 764962-2 7. Description: Air Heat Exchange. Five Year (One Basic Year plus Four One-Year Options) Requirements contract is contemplated. All quantities are estimated. 8. Total Line Item Quantity: Best Estimated Quantities are as follows: 36 each per year Over and Above: To Be Negotiated (as needed). Data: Not Separately Priced. 9. Application: F-16. 10. Destination: TBD. 11. Delivery: Deliver units 4 ea every 30 days ARO/REPS. Early delivery is acceptable. 12. Qualification Requirements apply. Approved sources: Hamilton Sundstrand (Cage Code 73030) and Limco Airepair (Cage Code 16630). Interested vendors that have not been previously qualified for this acquisition must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package to the Source Development, Small Business Office at 405-739-7243. As prescribed in FAR 9.202(e), the contracting officer need not delay a proposed award in order to provide a potential offeror with an opportunity to demonstrate its ability to meet the standards specified for qualification. 13. Applicable Tech Orders: 15A4-84-3 and 15A4-85-3 In order to receive any technical data related to this acquisition, offerors must be registered with Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) www.FBO.Gov. Requests for data are to be submitted to ocalc.lgldo.public@us.af.mil for Drawings and directly to the PCO and/or buyer for Technical Orders (TOs). The request shall be on company letterhead and include the applicable solicitation number and the specific data needed (e.g. TO number, drawing number). The request must be accompanied by a copy of the current and approved DD Form 2345.
