Attachment 2 Off-Site Delivery Instructons Attachment 1 Price Sheet Request For Proposal OAM16080S Stock Drapery The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is seeking an efficient and streamlined vehicle to purchase drapery material for House offices. The Contractor shall use their own U.S. facilities to mill/manufacture drapery material for the House in accordance with the specifications contained herein. The dyeing/finishing of all materials must also be completed at a U.S. facility. Except as otherwise specified, all products supplied under this contract shall conform to the requirements of this Section. Once the contract has been awarded the House will work closely with the Contractor to develop the colors for this line of fabric both the stripe and damask material will be dyed in no less than 6 colors and not to exceed 10 colors. Pre-proposal Conference August 18, 2016. Proposal Due 2:00PM August 31,2016. PLEASE READ ENTIRE RFP OAM16080S FOR SPECIFICATIONS AND IMPORTANT DETAILS.
