- RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This synopsis/solicitation is issued for commercial services in accordance with FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88 effective March 16, 2016. The solicitation number is PC-16-Q-017. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 515210. This acquisition is UNRESTRICTED. This RFQ is being solicited for high definition cable television services, intended to keep program staff aware of current events that impact continuity of operations in the field. The Peace Corps' Office of Acquisition and Contract Management (OACM) intends to award a single firm-fixed price purchase order for commercial Cable TV service based on the lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) quote.
