- Description
- Solicitation, Security Camera System Upgrade The contractor shall provide (20) 36x IP PTZ cameras to replace (17) existing analog cameras and install (3) new locations on the DSMANG Base. The contractor shall provide supporting infrastructure material and labor to include cabling, fiber, power, towers and specialty mounts. The contractor shall provide additional network gear including switches, GBIC's and IP Licenses. The contractor shall provide additional VI Rack mount Server, VMS software 6.1, 8TB back up storage. The contractor shall provide 4TB HD for Spectra Network Storage Array, to include installation, reconfiguration of volumes, and initial support. The contractor shall provide network configuration, camera programming, server configuration and training. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the installation/configuration/testing of installed equipment. Contractor will have and/or provide the following qualifications: Complete site survey prior to bid submission. Contractor must have a minimum of 5yrs experience in video surveillance system and currently certified with the installed systems. Contractor must provide a minimum of 3 references for other like systems and installations. Contractor must have a minimum of $2,000,000.00/ $4,000,000.00 general liability insurance policy. Contractor must provide a 36 month hardware and software warranty. Contractor must be able to respond with a technician on site for emergency service calls within 2 hours of notification. Contractor must have a BICSI RCDD on staff to oversee the project. Contractors must be able to pass the installation vetting process for entry IAW AFI 31-113 and HSPD 12. Contractor shall remove all debris from site. Work hours of operation are 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday- Friday. See attached solicitation for specifics and Mandatory Site Visit
