- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), on behalf of the Program Executive Office (PEO) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence (C4I), Communications Program Office (PMW/A-170) is seeking potential sources to provide engineering services for the Satellite Communications (SATCOM) In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) Services. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY. THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE. This synopsis is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This synopsis does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. A Sources Sought notice can be found in the attachments, below. Responses are due no later than 1000 PST, 23 September 2016, via the SPAWAR ecommerce website.
