- Department of Veterans Affairs Announcement of Accepted Sites for Chattanooga, Tennessee, Community-Based Outpatient Clinic This is an update to the notification regarding approved land sites for the above-referenced procurement. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) had previously published the following list of approved sites after completing a market survey: 1.6401 Shallowford Road Representative for 27-acre parcel: Dana Robinette (423) 605-0903, dana_robinette@mac.com 2.Premier Drive & Pointe Centre Representative for 10-acre site: Chris Pesterfield, Pointe Property Group, LLC (423) 755-0844, cpesterfield@pointecentre.com It has been brought to VA's attention that Site 1. 6401 Shallowford Road is under contract.
