- Description
- The Embassy of the United States in Lima, Peru will issue a solicitation for provision and installation of a preconfigured window microphone system for 22 teller windows and paging area at the Chancery Building located in Lima, Peru. Major duties and responsibilities are to provide fully operational system with voice amplification to facilitate communication by both the teller and the requestor at the Consular Teller Window without requiring each to raise their voices, and to provide a clear audio experience via the paging system for requestors in the interior and exterior general consular waiting areas. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in August 2016. This solicitation will be advertised in FedBizOpps and Embassy, Lima website-no paper copies will be mailed.
