- Wage Determination Combined Synopsis Solicitation R16PS01262 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with FAR part 13.5 and additional information included in this notice. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order with a Base and (4) Option Years in response to this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being set aside 100% for Small Business. This requirement is for a contractor to perform engine maintenance for the vessel Endeavor, including both routine and corrective maintenance, required to sustain the engines within the manufacturer's performance specifications. Engine maintenance shall include service to any systems integral to the operation of the engines, including steering system, electrical system, hydraulic system, fuel system, water intake system, air intake system, and hull structure at the location where the engines are installed.
